Things are Not That Easy - The Raid Episode 17

The Raid

Shadowplay is a great thing…but has some major functionality problems. PC building is easy assuming one has the knowledge of figure out the knowledge to figure out parts compatibility and the research involved. So, we found there is a reason why companies like Alienware and OriginPC exist. Windows 10 is coming this summer, and so is DirectX 12, which continued to excite Nick. Also exciting in a somewhat bad way, MMO dramas can get really scary.

The Raid Episode 16: Renovated Return!

The Raid

Welcome to the new version of The Raid! What was once our MMO podcast has now become The Gamer Access’s podcast that covers our happenings and the news in the realm of PC gaming. With Nick’s fresh ultra-high-performance machine, John’s affordable system, a couple of us planning upgrades, and our partnership to have our own TGA gaming PC line, we needed a place to talk things PC! We discussed about our current system builds, how some of us are buying Grand Theft Auto V for the third time, and what Australians think of the United States.

The Raid Episode 15: Wipes on Trash, One-Shots Bosses

In light of the backlog of Blizzard Entertainment news to get through, we spent a huge amount of time talking about the recent developments in World of Warcraft, as well as new Heroes of the Storm details that got Bronson extremely excited. We got sidetracked and talked about TVs and the PSP, we talked about our opinions of Final Fantasy XIV PS4 beta, and we discussed the recent release of Elder Scrolls Online.

We have our good friend Quinn for this episode; it is the same Quinn that last plenty of time in World of Warcraft with Bronson back in the day. The Raid Episode 9: Pound Face on Keyboard Classes

TGA GameKraft GameKast

It has been a long time since our last episode, but we did another episode of The Raid despite having inactive subscriptions. With the latest 5.2 “The Thunder King” patch, there is a world boss that is taking well over one hundred players to take out. Before we got to that, we discussed the some of the easiest classes to play, Bronson discusses some more old-time Warcraft stories, and we wondered how The Elder Scrolls Online is going to be executed even with the hype going around.

The Raid Episode 8: Mists of Panderia

The Raid

The Mists of Panderia expansion is out. Bronson and I spent almost the whole time talking about our impressions on what we've experienced so far. Of course, no episode of The Raid is complete with Bronson praising the experiences found in Wrath of the Lich King, and our bashing on the Burning Crusade. We also throw in our speculation on what the next expansion is going to be like.
