We like indie games, and Guacamelee is a great example why. It is the Luchador art style paired with Super Metroid-like gameplay. We started the adventure with Juan, a very plain man in plain village. The setting is filled with many nicely-made game references. The president’s daughter gets kidnapped, and Juan acquired a mask of great power to save her. The game is co-op, though we ran into the usual technical problems trying to get it to work.
