Ever since Sony announced Home 1.3 would hit in September, fans of the service have been waiting anxiously for it to drop. Unfortunately, 1.3 is not going to hit today, but one of the Home Managers, CydoniaX, has provided us with an update.

I know you all have been waiting with baited breath for the 1.3 client upgrade and would like an update on its release. Our development team is still actively and diligently working on getting it through the final stages of QA and this has taken longer than previously anticipated. We still expect to release the new version in the very near future. We appreciate your continued patience and support.

I've been eagerly awaiting this since the announcement. First thursday of September, no update. Ok no problem I bet it's mid September. Second thursday of September, no update. Ok no biggie, it must be the last thursday then, right? Final thursday of September, no update... Now I'm pissed. HATE MAIL FTW!
