The highly anticipated third person shooter, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves has been gearing up for its release of October 13th with loads of hype and perfect reviews over the past week. Being an early owner of the game, I recommend ANY PS3 owner to go pick up a copy day one and I truly hope and feel that this game deserves to sell the numbers of a Halo or Gears of War, although there is a great chance that it won't. Even though the game has not "officially" launched yet, it seems like it is off to a great start. Read more to see why.
That is right! You see a PS3 exclusive in the #1 spot on Amazon's Best Selling for the "Video Games" category. It has even taken the place of the Nintendo Wii which just recently received a price drop to $199.99. I should also mention that Uncharted 2 has been in Amazon's top 10 selling for the past month and has spent the last two weeks on top of Halo 3: ODST. It looks like Uncharted 2 is off to a great start, but will it keep up? I sure hope so. Also, look out for my review of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves tomorrow as I just completed the campaign and was blown away throughout.
