As we all know, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves landed on store shelves today and PS3 owners around the nation are having the time of their gaming lives. Between the intense story and amazing multiplayer, what is there not to love? The multiplayer is great do not get me wrong, but two major problems I have experienced with it are the fact that it only includes seven maps which is a little low for my tastes and does not give the player any playlist options. This leads to you being forced to play sniper-only matches or the elimination round. I addressed this on the official PlayStation Forums and received a response from one of the Naughty Dog Developers. Read more to see what he had to say.

@Nick. Is there a way to tone down the cheering? You really think we're having the times of our lives playing this really awesome game? On a side note....Friday's game lobby will feature Uncharted 2 in a big way. So I'm looking for people willing to call in for a few minutes to talk about the game.

When I play Deathmatch online, my charater will freeze randomly (for long periods of time).

We will definitely have a game night. Thinking of doing it Friday or Saturday night but not 100% sure yet. The only problem is we need to have empty friend slots.

I don't have any other computers hooked up to the internet. So, that can't be my problem.
I'm gonna order an ethernet cable soon from newegg. That should probably help.
@Nick I'll be participating in an Uncharted 2 Gamernight with another site at 6:00pm EST this Friday. Saturday should be a good time for me.
Just remember to give us a few days notice if TGA plans on hosting a gamernight.

has anyone looked at the trophy list? my gawd man thats gonna take awhile. this game is just simply amazing. its just visually stunning, along with outstanding gameplay. not to mention co-op and MP as well! If you have a Game night maybe make it for the weekend when more people will be available?

i thought the multiplayer beta had enough content to be the full online expirence but i was so wrong. the new maps are great ( i wish there were a couple more though since i have been playing on 4 of those maps for a long time now) and there are a lot of great new modes too. it would be nice to be able to pick what specific match we want to play; im so tierd of fucking rpgs! the single player is great, one of the best features is the checkpoints; you spawn right back into the action and this is a good thing because the game is considerably difficult. the coop is also much better than i imagined, i only played sancuary, but it sure was a great experience, once my friends get the game i can see myself spending hours upon hours on survival and coop objective.
