PSP Go Available Today, PSP Firmware 6.10 and A Massive PSN Update

Unless you have been sleeping under a rock, you should know the new PSP Go will hit retailers today. The highlight of the firmare 6.10 and the PSP Go, in my opinion, is cell phone tethering using your cell phone via bluetooth. This is a cool feature, but I am still not sure if it justifies its $249 price tag. Also, to accompany the new system, is PSP Firmware Update 6.10 that was released last night and it offers a few upgrades, but most of all it offers the new SensMe Music Channels. These channels will organize your music by mood. The PSP store will be updated with a new look and Media Go, a program that allows you to transfer and convert media from your PC to your PSP or PSP Go, will be available today.

Also, the PSN was updated with a huge update that adds more than 100 new games for the PSP and PSP Go among other PS3 content including demos and videos. The PSN update is available now as is the PSP Firmware 6.10 and the Media Go PC program. So get ready to spend some cash because this is by far the largest PSN update thus far. All PSP content will work on all models of the PSP including the PSP -1000, 2000, 3000 and the PSP Go, although some games will require that you update your PSP or PSP Go to the latest firmware. wtf 4.99 for tetris and all mins sony is a bunch of fck jerks for that. seriously i been going off about how sony is give gamers free stuff and how i been supporting them for innovation and moving the industry forward. but fck that sony you jsut joined m$ camp with me 250 and 5 a game. im playing wii

@ DJnal - Yeah man I feel the same way that's why I am glad everything works with the original PSP's. I still got a 1000.

@ Keysy - man Tetris is 9.99 lol. The minis are expensive, BS imo. Lots of good stuff though definitely gonna get some stuff on friday

@Pik - Yeah I never modded mine or anything I always update. It's pretty cool but I don't like the Sony transfer/converter program so I won't be using that. I messed with it a little bit and it's cool but nothing amazing.

Picked up my Black PSPGo a little while ago. Love it already, a little upset that there is only 14GB of available internal space though. Anyhow, I put Gran Turismo, MotorStorm, Pixel Junk Monsters Deluxe, Everyday Shooter and EchoChrome on it. It'll be nice not to travel with UMD's also. Got any ideas where I can find cheap prices on those M2 memory cards? Gotta pick one of those up for sure.
