I have both and first of all Xbox Live is not error free. NBA 2K9 5 on 5 team up will fail 50% of the time(dont get it twisted I have a xbox elite RE5 edition and cox high speed premium) and sometimes it won't even let you on 2k sports to set up a player match. Xbox has two advantages and that is their consumer base and monthly income from charging for online play(upwards of half a billion dollars a year). Game developers don't want to miss out on sales so they cater to Xbox knowing the result can be ported to PS3 with little or no difficulty and any resulting problems patched via internet. This system can not be applied "vise-versa". Developing a game for PS3 you would have substantial obstacles trying to recode for Xbox 360. Games like or even similar to MAG will never be possible on a 360. This is just the beggining of 128 to 256 player games. In the end to me all that shit is politics. What is gaming all about? Some are only about multi-player, some like adventure and others just want to chat with friends that they can't jump up and visit. For me it's all of the above. What are you in it for? If you really look at it, games haven't been selling that well anyway. Even Tomb Raider and Prince of Persia barely sold 2 million multiplatform and they were very big last gen. If I find it used I'll check it out. I been waiting for trophies on MGS4 so I have a reason to play it again, I loved the game, it's the firs one I actually liked. I got more rants to come lol. @ Lambo - That's a real scan of my face lol. I had to sit in this little booth and it scanned my face and it was done in like 2 minutes. The screensaver they emailed me but the pic was done right then and there. I just saw the Canadian PSN card announcement today, I'm glad man Sony has been lagging on that for way too long. I may actually break down and get a 360 if they fixed the problems when this new sku comes out, but we will see. Is the face based on a gaming face design or real life face? I agree man, I always pay attention on what I BUY, the games over here (Canada) are fuckin $70 included tax and everything. I played and beated Ratchet & Clank QfB. Its short little game that will be the sequal of the next Ratchet & Clank, I personally did not like it, not because its short but the story was real boring comparing to the other Ratchet & Clank experience. There just wanst that Ratchet & Clank feel into it, its just my opnion. PSN Cards are finally released in Canada, I got myself a $50 PSN Card. Am waitinf for Fat Princess, Modnation racers, Wipeout HD Fury and many more man I cant wait. Screw Blur, Split/Second and Brink. These games are trying to be a the next Burnout and Midnight Club in terms of street racing games. I will always be buy Burnout and Midnight Club games, these are the games that really defines "Street Racing". You may think the next Tony Hawk is expensive but real Skaters will go all over it no matter what the price is, that gaming skate board machine is gonna cell like crazy. For me, am not a skater so I'll stick with Skate. games lol I agree with the Madden patches, EA should just release "Madden: We Got Patches Bitches" and just release the add-ons on the game with either patches or dowloadable content, no need for another disc with the same game but 1-3 new feature, no one wants that man. We want a full fixed, polished and done game if they want my $60. I played Uncharted 2 Beta, this game is just fuckin crazy, and plus its not the Uncharted experience, the Uncharted experience is the actual Story Mode. The MP and Co-Op are just free little bonux add-ons to the game to keep it fresh even though I know I will beat the Story mode more than 5 times just like Uncharted 1. I hope they really focus on the Story Mode and not let the MP/Co-Op take their time off to rush the Single Player. Come on Naughty Dog, we all know what you can do! Graphic whores should just slap them selfes (Sorry HHG lol) and fukin pay attention the actualy game features, story mode..etc. Some people wont even buy a great game if it doesnt have good graphics...give me a break. I fuckin hate the PS3/360 comparision, who fukin cares. Red Faction has the sexiest destruction system in any game on the market right now! I got the game and am not even playing the story mode, am just playin with the destruction lol but I will eventually try my best to finish the game but I cant help it lmao the destruction is just blowing me away. I played the demo of X-Men Origins: Wolverine, I thought its pretty cool but its a demo ofcourse so I wont judge it by a demo although I played X-Men Origins: Wolverine on PSP, fun game but they screwed the PSP version. I dont know why but it dint have the same story mode as the PS3/360 versions, mabye because developers dint give a shit because they know almost all people that own PSP's are getting games from Torrent and hacking just like me lol so they dint give the time to do it correctly. Anyways its just the PSP, am sure its pretty good on the next generation consoles. Just like Torrence says, "GET A PS3 & A 360 & STFU".
