No official date has been set for the long-awaited Gran Turismo 5. But two major retailers have picked one. Different ones. Above you have Amazon. They're going with Dec. 29, which has been rumored to be the date. Read more to see the other date.

Sony and GameStop have released a multiplayer demo for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. If you are interested in gaining access to the multiplayer demo, then make your way down to your local GameStop and put down your $5 on a preorder for Uncharted 2: Drake’s Fortune or wait until Sep. 29th when the multiplayer demo goes public. The multiplayer demo has expanded the multiplayer offerings considerably since gamers last got their hands on Uncharted 2 in the previous beta. If you were one of the lucky gamers who got into the beta, in early June, with your purchase of inFAMOUS, then prepare to be blown away again! Read more to see the impressions.

Microsoft announced today the creation of a new Xbox 360 console. This one will be centered on Modern Warfare 2. It will cost $399 and come with the standard version of the game, two controllers and a 250 GB hard drive. Here is the link to Major Nelson's blog posting.

It looks wicked, but is this something people will buy? Discuss.

The original Just Cause was released on the Xbox, PS2, 360 and the PC in 2006. The game, developed by Avalanche Studios, was a third person action adventure game with an open world map, a huge map I might add, and a ton of missions. The game received mixed reviews but has gone on to sell more than one million copies. Now Avalanche Studios is preparing to release Just Cause 2 for the PS3, 360 and PC. I was amazed at what I saw of Just Cause 2 at E3 and the game looks amazing.
