Sony has officially announced that Gran Turismo 5 will be released in March. Of course, that's only for Japan so far. So........that's cool. I guess. Sony made the announcement during it's second Toyko Game Show presentation.

There has been a great amount of hype flying around the net of what Sony may announce at this year's Tokyo Game Show in Tokyo, Japan. Will Gran Turismo 5 finally get an official release date? What unannounced titles do they have planned for PS3 owners? What games will we see more gameplay of? And the list goes on and on. Well Tokyo Game Show is finally here and Sony will be hitting the stage very soon, 9:30pm est to be exact. Sony finally gets to reveal what is real and what is not. This will finally end all of the speculation and rumors on the net. VGChartz is reporting that ODST sold 2 million copies worldwide in its first day of sales. Double platinum isn't bad for day one. Here is the link to the story. Here is the link to our review. I feel like ODST is setting the tone for game sales of console exclusives as we head into some pretty major releases.

Two million is impressive but it's not the 3 million that Halo 3 did.

According to the PlayStation Blog, the God of War Collection being released November 10th, 2009, will include the demo we've all seen at E3 2009. Read more to see the full blog post.

MotorStorm is one of the most gratifying racing franchises on the PlayStation 3. It contains an intense off-road experience where the track comes alive with punches and terrain deformation. Valve has announced that there will be a demo for Left For Dead 2 on October 27th. The announcement comes of Kim Swift, lead designer at Valve, at the Tokyo Game Show 2009. Left for Dead 2 is still dated for a November 17th release on PC and XBOX 360.

Valve has announced in a press release that the much awaited DLC titled "Crash Course" will be available for download on September 24th for the PC and XBOX 360. Crash Course brings a new campaign, multiplayer, and co-op gameplay that will explain exactly what happened between "Death Toll" and "No Mercy". Read more for the full press release.

Capcom is offering PlayStation 3 owners a chance to experience a piece of the Tokyo Game Show action from the comfort of their own living rooms this year by offering the Lost Planet 2 demo available exclusively for download from PSN starting the first day of the show, September 24 (tomorrow).
