It appears to be a good news, bad news deal. The good news is that Forza 3 has a launch date and collector's edition that might actually offer us something worth collecting.

The bad news is that the edition appears to be exclusive to GameStop, a company I compare to Vader's Death Star. I will give you more details if you agree to read more. The game is due to release Oct. 27.

I have been a part of the PSN community since shortly after the PS3 launched. I got my PS3 in early December as an early Christmas gift to myself. I have never owned a 360, but I have played the 360 many times. I constantly hear people talking about features that Live has that the PSN does not. Sure, some of those features (Facebook and Twitter, WTF!?) are not essential to gaming, but they are features nonetheless. Although, personally I may feel as if I do not need these features the community has spoken and many gamers want five primary features added to the PSN that are already available on Microsoft's Live service. Those features include demos for every PSN game, in-game voice chat, a unified party system, in-game music for all games and the ability to leave voicemails. The first four are more game related while the last one is just an extra option that would be more of a luxury than a necessity.

This is a freshly released multiplayer video from Modern Warfare 2. I have to be honest here. This looks pretty sick.

Notice a few things in it?

• Shields
• Capture the flag
• UAV at three kill streaks, "air drops" at four streak, and predator missile at five
• The screen gets caked in debris
• The rank and class of the person you kill comes up
• The player is using three different weapons in one load out (nope - see comments)
• A very cool looking desert area
• The last kill in the video, at the very end, is the coolest kill yet.

Today I talk about the PS2 and PS3. Many people out there feel that Sony should pull the PS2 off of the shelves to improve the PS3 sales, but would that really work?

Epic Games VP, Mark Rein, doesn’t think we’ll see the end of the current generation of consoles anytime soon. Rein spoke to Eurogamer this week on the prospects of a new Xbox coming anytime soon and he had this to say, “It’s called Natal. That is the next Xbox.” Rein sites HDTV’s lack of penetration into homes as the main reason for his views.
