On this episode of Triple Play, its inevitable that the Shamizzle refuses to lay low by bringing back what we thought we buried, another Triple Play podcast. But the Sham, Philaroni and as always the hardest working dude in podcast history, the D.i.Z. touch on a few things that happened at E3. We discuss how much 3d has and will have in gaming and what games we would like to see have 3D capabilities. Playstation Plus has been announced and we discuss what the positives and negatives are. And things get heated when talking about which motion scheme will steal your holiday dollars whether it be the Playstation Move, Microsoft Kinect and the king of motion gameplay already, the Nintendo Wii. And whats a Triple Play without a little Gabe Newell lovin. Stay tuned.

So, everyone has had questions about the new PlayStation Plus paid service for the PlayStaton 3, but details have been sketchy at best. Well today on the PlayStation Blog, Sony announced more details on the service before it rolls out next Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Hopefully this clears up any question we all had. I won't copy and paste all the info here, but I will leave a link so you can see it for yourselves on the PS Blog. Feel free to leave comments on the blog and here on the site.

This was my first interview on the first day of E3 2010. I was 3 hours late, sweaty, exhausted, and this was my first ever interview with anybody, so you can tell I was pretty jittery the whole time and stumbling over words like a convicted felon, especially when talking to the CEO of GameStreamer. The kind fellas at GameStreamer decided to slide me in and I'm very happy they did so because it is an opportunity to see what is coming in the future as far as gaming content. So during the last day of E3, I was having a good day finally, and it only got better when I just wandered across the BadChicken.com booth and saw this very interesting peripheral. It was so life-like and I had to give it a swing or two.

So, E3 2010 is finally in the books, and one of the main themes coming from the PlayStation camp at E3 was 3D. What many of you may not know is that you can try out 3D for yourselves, right now, if you purchase a 3D TV and download compatible software off the PSN store (i.e.: Motorstorm: Pacific Rift demo, Wipeout Pure, Pain and Super Stardust HD), or you can take the cheapskate’s way out; like I did, and just lug your PS3 down to your local Best Buy and ask an associate to hook it up to a 3D compatible TV.
