First, here is the new video released by Turn 10 Studios. It doesn't really do anything except show us shiny cars but the studio also put out a full list of cars that are coming with the game and announced that it will included a voucher for DLC.
The DLC vehicles will be available with all new copies of the game. It's similar to what Epic did with the DLC maps of Gears of War 2. It's a one-time voucher that you'll find only with new games. Read more to see the DLC list and for the link to the full car list.
